Entry 01
Patients Visit
We ask that all patients arrive a few minutes before their scheduled time to allow for check-in. If you require assistance completing forms or navigating the clinic, our front desk team is always happy to help.
Entry 02
New Patients
Rehoboth Clinic welcomes new patients on an ongoing basis. New patients are asked to bring valid identification, a health card or insurance information, and a list of any current medications to their first visit.
Entry 03
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance for non-urgent concerns to ensure availability with your preferred provider.
Entry 04
Same-Day Appointments
A limited number of same-day appointments are available each day for urgent, non-emergency concerns. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited depending on provider availability.

Walk-In Visits
Our walk-in clinic is open Monday through Saturday for patients who need care without a scheduled appointment. Walk-in patients are seen in the order they arrive, and wait times may vary based on clinic volume.
Entry 06
Wait Times
While we make every effort to see patients close to their scheduled time, medical care can be unpredictable. Emergencies and complex cases may occasionally extend wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Entry 07
No-Show and Late Cancellations
We ask that patients provide at least 24 hours notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations without notice may affect future scheduling priority."
Entry 08
Non-Insured Services
Some services provided at Rehoboth Clinic may not be covered by provincial health insurance. Patients will be informed of any applicable fees prior to receiving non-insured services.
Entry 09
Laboratory Results
Laboratory and diagnostic results are reviewed by your provider as they become available. Patients will be contacted if follow-up is required. No news is not always confirmation of normal results, please follow up with the clinic if you have concerns.
Entry 10
Prescription Renewals
Prescription renewal requests are processed during regular clinic hours and may take up to 48 hours to complete. Renewals for controlled substances may require an in-person consultation.
Entry 11
Narcotic Prescriptions
In accordance with provincial guidelines, narcotic and controlled substance prescriptions require an in-person assessment and may be subject to additional monitoring, documentation, and follow-up requirements.
Entry 12
Abuse of Staff
Rehoboth Clinic is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both patients and staff. Any form of verbal, physical, or emotional abuse directed at clinic staff will not be tolerated and may result in discharge from the clinic's care.
